Terms of Service.
These terms cover inquiries submitted to Hudson Launch Partners LLC (HLP).
Requesting help
HLP provides private commercial services, including branding, marketing, agreed advisory or coordination work, and provider introductions, separate from community or civic assistance. By submitting a request, you are asking HLP to contact you about your needs. Submitting an inquiry does not commit you to purchase services. You may choose whether to proceed or use another provider.
Scope and pricing
Before paid work begins, we will provide a separate written scope and fee arrangement for your acceptance. Any referral compensation or financial relationship relevant to a proposed provider will be disclosed before the introduction. Accepting these inquiry terms does not mean accepting a price or authorizing a charge.
Providers and information
HLP delivers its own agreed services. Outside providers deliver and price the services assigned to them in the proposal. An introduction does not guarantee availability, results, or government approval. HLP is not a law firm, CPA firm, or real-estate brokerage.
Our Privacy notice explains how we handle your information. We record the version of these terms you accept and the time of acceptance with your inquiry.
